Also in 2015, the Westchester Region NAACP ACT-SO Coalition honored Dr. Hooker for 25 years of committed service, as a judge and mentor for students of African descent who competed in our annual regional competitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We continue to recognize her for her distinguished service to the community and to our country. We are honored to have known Dr. Hooker and to have shared \u201cprecious moments\u201d with her.
